Our team will research the Target corporation, and store that the manager works in. Investigating the business processes & strategies and how they use them to gain a competitive advantage. Target is a great example because they have several amazing examples in their history that we can learn. They have been able to adapt over the years, and know how to constantly improve their connection with bringing value to the customers.

We will gather data on these strategies, and perform an analysis on the information. One of our group members is an employee at the company and will schedule an interview with the manager. Our team member who is the employee has been able to provide us with some preliminary insight in order to begin our project.
